You’re not here because something is wrong with you.
You’re here because you know there’s more.

I spent 15 years becoming everything I was supposed to become. First-generation lawyer. Bottom of my law school class. Fought my way into M&A anyway, one of the most sophisticated, male-dominated, cut-throat areas of law. Worked my way from under $100,000 to multi-six figures in a few years time. Made Partner at a 230+ attorney national firm, nominated after 18 months when most attorneys wait a decade. Served as outside general counsel to hundreds of companies. Top closer and dealmaker. Swept up awards. Built the book. Then I left after my highest-earning year. Because I finally got honest about what I actually wanted.
Those 15 years inside elite legal and business circles gave me a front-row seat to how power, money, and leadership actually work — not the fake-a** version people put on LinkedIn, but the real version. And I started to see a pattern. The people building real power and freedom weren't the most overworked. They weren't the most agreeable. They weren't grinding themselves down trying to prove they belonged. They were the ones who trusted themselves early. Made decisive moves. Protected their time. Led like they already owned the room.
The most capable people I knew? Many of them were stuck. Overextended because they were "the reliable one." Underpaid for the value they actually carried. Waiting for a system to reward them — not realizing that system was built to benefit from them staying exactly where they were. No one was teaching them self-leadership. The system wasn't designed to. That's the gap I close.
I work with high-achieving attorneys, executives, founders, and senior professionals who are at a genuine career or business inflection point. Successful AF, but privately asking if this is actually it. If this is all there is. If they can stomach spending the next 20+ years doing this. The ones who have been in the game long enough to know it isn't working. The ones who are one decision away from a completely different life and need someone who has actually lived this to help them make it.
My clients don't just feel better. They get offers. Negotiate raises. Make career pivots. Build the business. Stop operating from survival and start operating from internal authority. Because success isn't something that just looks good on paper. It's something that actually feels good to live.
This is what I help my clients do and more:
Step into real authority so they earn more, work differently, and stop proving themselves through overwork.
Rise into leadership or pivot into new paths — without burning out or shrinking to fit a system that was never designed for them.
Redesign their careers so work supports a real life with space, influence, and freedom.
Build or scale businesses that are aligned with how they want their like to look and feel like.
Develop the self-trust and decision authority to stop waiting to be chosen or second-guessing themselves and start leading their careers and lives on their own terms.

At sixteen, I accepted a full four-year athletic scholarship to play NCAA Division I soccer at the University of Hawaii. College life included a moped as my primary mode of transportation, and an apartment across the street from Waikiki Beach my junior and senior year.
I was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. Which explains why I peaced out and went to school in Hawaii for all the sunshine I could want and then some.
I double majored in Finance and International Business while juggling an NCAA D1 soccer schedule because why the hell not get two majors when the school is fully funding your education?
I practiced law for eleven years. I began in commercial litigation, even though I was told early on that moving out of it would be difficult. I ignored that advice and went on to build the rest of my career in outside general counsel work, corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
I walked away from the legal career I spent over a decade mastering at the exact moment most people would’ve doubled down. I had just had my highest-earning year by far, originated six-figures in business as a first-year Partner, was named a 2025 Notable Dealmaker by Crain’s Detroit Business, and picked up my fifth consecutive Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star award (for the 2.5% of attorneys who get nominated).
